How do billing reminders work?

Zada schedules a local notification on your device ahead of each billing date — nothing is sent to a server, and no push token is registered. Choose how many days' notice you get in Settings → Notifications → Reminder before renewal. If reminders never arrive, check that notifications are allowed for Zada in the iOS Settings app; Zada asks for permission with an explanation first, and if you declined then, that is where you turn it back on.

Why does a reminder say the wrong date?

Renewal dates come from what you entered, not from your bank or the app stores — Zada cannot see either. Open the subscription and edit its next billing date and cycle. Reminders are rescheduled every time you save.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Zada Pro from Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring works for the monthly and yearly subscriptions as well as the lifetime purchase.

How do I cancel Zada Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple Account, not in Zada: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS. Zada Pro's screen links straight there. A lifetime purchase is one-time and has nothing to cancel.

What does "Import from a screenshot" do with my image?

It is the only feature that sends anything off your device, and it asks before it does. The screenshot you pick is uploaded to Zada's scan service, read by an AI model to pull out subscription names, prices and dates, and is not kept by Zada or used to train anything. Nothing else goes with it — not your name, not your email, not the subscriptions you already have. If you never use the feature, nothing leaves your device through it. How do I delete my data?

Zada has no account and no server-side copy of your subscriptions, so deleting the app deletes the data. To erase it while keeping the app, use Settings → My Data → Delete All Data, which also cancels every scheduled reminder. Purchase records held by Apple and by RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider, are kept as required to honour refunds and restores.

Can I use Zada in Arabic?

Yes — Settings → Language → العربية. The whole app mirrors to right-to-left. Changing the language restarts the app so the new direction takes effect.

Does Zada work offline?

Everything except Import from a screenshot works with no connection at all. Import needs the internet, because that is the one feature that talks to a server.
